Will meals be provided?

Breakfast, lunch and snacks each days of the Summit is included to all attendees. There will be healthy options and plenty of coffee and other beverages throughout the 3 days.


Can I pay by check?

Yes, please go through the registration process up until you hit payment. Please email robb.hutson@redegroup.co once you have completed the online registration. He can provide an invoice and confirm your registration when your check is received. Your payment must be received by the Super Early Bird deadline or by the Early Deadline in order to receive those rates.


I'm interested in speaking at the Summit.

We have a slate of great speakers lined up for the Summit. We are also now accepting abstracts! If you are interested in presenting at the Summit, please submit an abstract.

Do you have a hotel group rate?

The summit will take place at Convene, a conference center. The conference does not have a headquarter hotel. Philadelphia has a wide variety of fantastic hotels within walking distance, through nearby public transportation, or by a close drive. A few hotels within walking distance include: Sofitel Philadelpia, Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia, The Westin Philadelphia, and Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square.


I need to change my registration.

Registration can be transferred to another attendee by emailing robb.hutson@redegroup.co. Transfers must be made by May 6, 2018 and will incur a change fee of $50.
